Ok I read through the awards that are to be given out and I figured that you cant vote for all of them because some are based on fact and not opinion so if you see a (F) next to the award that means you cant vote for it because its fact. Why get offended at bossiest person… I am bossy and I don’t get offended… its in a way a compliment. It means you are strong and you take charge and know what you want !!
