The UDCF is the Universal Dot Conservation Foundation. At the UDCF, we believe in using three or less Dots after someone says something.

For example:

"Dude........ she was like........ TOTALLY!!!!! .......yeah....."
is unacceptable.
"Dude... she was like... TOTALLY!!!!! ...yeah..." is ok.

Anyone wanna join?
