It's not particually an RPG, but it does require that you stay in the frame of mind of someone in Middle Earth. The letter I posted is fairly self-explanitory (I think), but if you have any questions, please post them here.
Basically, just reply to the letter as if you were sent it by a friend, or even as if you are reply to a pen-pal type letter from a magasine. Just remember: keep it strictly Middle Earth.
