I am using GMT, being on the same latitude as Greenwich and all... Or is it longitude?
Anyway, for the sake of staying on topic
If you haven't worked out wher it was from that then it's Aragorn giving Legolas and Gimli a little pep talk before they run off after Merry and Pippin (having spent copious amouts of time pushing Boromir over Rauros. Don't get me wrong, I love Boromir, it's just that he's dead and Merry and Pippin aren't).
