What do you think of the soundtrack? If you haven't heard it, go here for some clips. I like it all! It's inspired me, and I'm going to go compose when I'm done online. I'm even starting to like Into the West, though only if i think of it as non-lotr ^_-  |

Ya get the point.
I want my own copy SOOOO bad!!! But I've got to wait until Christmas!!!!!! *gets hysterical*

I got my copy last Tuesday thanks to my Dad.  It's the best LOTR score yet. FOTR has been my favourite up to now. Billy Boyd and Viggo Mortenson both have really good voices. Into The West is not near as bad now. I actually like it. It almost gives you a yearning for across the Sea if you get my meaning.  |

I still say I could sing into the West better than her *sulks*. No, the only bit I don't like about it really is the ending; it reminds me too much of the pink unicorns and flying horses of fantasia. I really don't want that to be my last vision of LotR.
I can imagine it now: *sob sob* poor Sam, poor Frodo, poor everyone *sob sob* it's all over, no new films *sob sob* *at this point unicorns and flying horses in varying degrees of unnatural colour invade my head and disturb my thoughts* poor little horse who can't fly properly yet... No wait... that doesn't happen in the movies! ¬_¬

I don't really care for the singer but she's not too horribly bad.  What is wrong with the ending of the song? I like that part. "And all will turn to silver glass A light on the water Grey ships pass Into the West." It seemed Tolkien to me. *shrugs* |
