The Silmarils and *puts hands on temples and thinks deeply* Feanor? (with the dotty bits that I can't do) I suck at Elvish stuff.

Lol, yep indeed, the Silmarils created by Feanor of the Noldor were the most perfect jewels ever created.

I feel stupid. I've had the Silm for a year, and tried to read it four times, but unsucessfully. *sigh*

It is rather hard going, at the start at least. But after the first rather dull but necessary chapters, it improves no end, especially when you reach the stories of Maglor, Turin, Luthien and Beren, to name a few. And...that dark elf whose name I can't remember...

DULL?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!!?!!?!!?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?
*decides not to comment*
The dark elf was Eol. He's got two dots above the E but I don't feel like adding them at the moment.

Erm....I can tell Firi feels strongly about this, so I vow to read the Silm when I get a chance. May my sword turn against me if I break this vow.

Right, I am going to ask a question that is completely unrelated to hobbits. This is going to be a really easy one I feel.
What is the 11th line of the list of all living creatures?
