I really didn't mean to offend the US gov; I've wrote only what I've heard. Imagine this... some govs put some money together (a couple trillions of euros more likely) and begun researching alien tech. Many they even have made some contracts with the aliens or maybe the world leaders were replaced by clones...
Okay, BK, reboot yourself... you're loosing it.
I'm only saying that this home brewed aliens could be an interesting weapon... uh, I mean theory
