I do not know did I write that correctly but I am talking about the ability to move things with your inner strainght . I was just wondering , have you tryed to do something like this ? I was laying on the floor right onder a patatoe with smills put in it (do not laugh , it looks good  ) and it was turning . I tryed to make it stop turning and turn the other way . And the funny part is that it did stop and it did change it`s course . I made a check to see if it isn`t just wind and me guessing to which side will it turn - I stoped it and made it turn the same way it did before I stoped it . And I got a bit freaky when it did . I really do not know was it a coinsedence or really my mind has something more in it than I thought but I may never know . I would like you to share your thoughts and expieriences in this   -OPhelia- |

I tried to make the phone fly to me this morning because I was too lazy to get up but I failed miserably.
When I was really young (5 or so) I was climbing about the furniture when I got this really strange weightless feeling and I swear that I floated from one chair to another. I ran to my sister saying "I just flew I just flew!" but she just went "uh huh" and carried on reading. I though that it must be because I was always saying silly things like that but for some reason, that time stuck with me.

*shrug* not sure if it's coincidence or not, but it seems I can like make people do that sort of thing, like trying to get someone to look a certain way or up from their work or something, even if they can't see me, but I can see them. I think that's more coincidence though, but it's worked every time!  |

I don't believe in being able to move things with your own strength, but if the cause is right, then with God's help it can be accomplished.
Like in the Bible, in Joshua 10:12 "Then Joshua spoke to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the sons of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, "O sun, stand still at Gibeon, And O moon in the valley of Aijalon." Wow ... Slow down there , this is kinda going off topic ;D I was talking about the ability to move objects by just looking at them ar concentrating on them . And Elbereth - I belive that people can do these things with the help of God . I belive these abilitys are gifts given by God . But not a bad idea . And Dragoneyes - you are talking about levitation there . I have floated on air too so do not feel like that is impossible . Only it was a bit different . I slept and while I was half asleep and half in the world of dreams I started streching and roled out of my bed . I felt that there is nothing under me and I wanted to check on whats going on . And stupid me - I opened my eyes and WHAM ! down I went to the floor . It happened when I was little too (10 years maybe) so I ran to mom and told her that . I think she didn`t take it serious . Well I did . Oah and Dragoneyes . I have tryed to move things like telephones too but to move something so heavy you have to have lots of training on this . I have only made hanging things circle on other ways and stoped them but it is not allways successful . Hay Elvish Hobbit ! It may not be a coincidence . Maybe people just sence your wish for them to look a certaint way . Maybe your mind sends their subconsciousness a command to look that way and they do even not knowing why or to what or at what . But that my friend is thelepathy . I might make one thread for that one too -OPHelia- |

WOO! Go Elbereth an Ophelia! I wouldn't have had the guts to post that I believe those sorts of things ARE possible,but only with through God, but now I will post it. I believe that things like telechinesis are possible if Go has given you a gift to do that, but I also believe all such gifts should be used to bring people to Him (ie, using them to show ppl God's power)
Anyhoo, back on topic... I swear a few months ago I made a blue flame appear in my hand briefly... meh.

Start one for telepathy! I was reading some people's minds at school. I got my friend hazel to pick a number between 1-100... so that's 1/100 chance I'll get it right yeah... I said 'You picked 54, but then it seemed hesistant. Did you change the number?' She said 'Wow! I picked 54 to start with, then changed it.

I also say Go Elbereth and Ophelia! I have no problem in voicing my opinion like that, as long as it won't get my account banned or whatnot.
I strongly believe with what ElberethVarda says, and that if God has the will for us to be able to foretell something, or to move something by mind etc, then it is something that will be done.
For instance, my mother, she has very vivid dreams, and is a follower of Christ, her dreams often foretell things that go on at the hour of which she dreams, or things that will eventually happen. My mother always says that God talks to us through our dreams, and it seems to have been proven through hers!
Can't say as much about mine, considering I dream about stuf like sitting in Dunkin Donuts with a bunch of hobbits, and going to a hospital to watch the Doctor try to shoot his clone... o.o
Anywho, I just wanted to give you guys encouragement to speak out like that, I think it's a great thing, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Think of it this way, if two people get in a fight about something like this, is it not hypocracy? For one party wishes that the other would accept their belief, but they don't accept the others...
I'll just shut up now, since you guys probably don't want to hear this, but yeah.
I see people every once in a while...it's kind of weird. o.o Like I see random people walking around my house, but when I blink they are gone, or they will just go away suddenly. Usually only when I'm thinking about subjects like these though, so..yeah. *shrug*
Wow, this is getting off-topic.
I tried making my mouse move on it's own, but to no avail..heh...

Well.... If you would read my posts a bit more accuratly you would notice that I think all of those "supernatural" things are given by God and you just need to use it for good causes . Anyways I am about to mape a new thread for those foreseeing dreams too because I am not a begginer at that -OpHelia- |

Well I know this sectin is dying and soon (I suppose) should be closed  But today I got really shocked . It all began at the caffeteria at school during a otfallen lesson . I had this ping pong ball and one of my classmates asked me to show it . So I gave it to him but he threw it to another boy and so on and so on but the ball jumped away one time and it was my chance to catch it but it rolled out of reach . It landed on a chair behind me and I reached out my hand like if to get it (but it was too far away) and the ball rolled down on the floor and away from me but then it changed it`s course and went directly to my hand . Now that was weird ... ophE |
