Hey, watch it! Tari and I are your ancestory! (Well, near enough)
Elentari II, don't say goodbye like you're never returning. When you do, I'll be here for any cyber-hugs if you need them.
Ooh, look at me be all supportive. I rule.

How do you know my ancestory? Are you scottish and irish, or just old enough to be my grandmothers?

Oh fine, we're nearer your ancestry than you are, if that makes sense.
Is it me, or does everyone outside the UK know their exact ancestry? All I know is that I've got some German in there. Beyond that I'm just English.

Hey, watch it! Tari and I are your ancestory! (Well, near enough) Elentari II, don't say goodbye like you're never returning. When you do, I'll be here for any cyber-hugs if you need them. Ooh, look at me be all supportive. I rule. Thank you. I think I might have passed my physics. Not sure, but I think I might have. I have to do my history essay this morning before I go to my physics reassessment - a practical I should have taken earlier but didn't. Meh. It's so my history teacher can mark it, and hopefully it'll help with my actual exam. As to my ancestry, I know my grandmother on my mother's side was English and my grandfather was a Campbell, so he's kind of in between Scottish and Irish, I think, I'm not entirely sure about him. Apart from that I have assorted blood running through my veins. I wouldn't know what I am. Somewhere along the line on my grandfather Campbell's side there's a Brennan. He he. Maybe I'm an extremely distant relative of Enya and her brothers and sister of Clannad. Cheers, ~ Elentari II

I'm related (very distantly) to Collin Farell, apparently. But that's nothing to say woop-di-do-da about. I know my ancestory right back to uh... 1800 on one side and about 1200 on the other. Haven't memorised names though. I have a ninth cousin who was obsessed with family history and wrote a whole family tree for us... and my aunt on the other side is just as obsessed. I'm like a hobbit! My great-grandmother was Irish, but moved to Glasgow in 1916 after fighting broke out. My grandma and grandpas were born in Glasgow, as was my mum. On the other side, my Irish ancestors moved to Bathurst from Ireland in 1842... or something. Yes, I know pretty much my precise ancestory. But then, I'm a geek. ;D And don't we all love it?
Elentari 2, that's good news with your test. i wish you luck with your exams! HUMMS to you!

Thank you. I haven't got the results back, but I know for sure and for certain that I did not pass the reassessment. Oh well. I'll just pray that I can muster enough marks to scrape through by the end of the year anyway. Physics, and other sciences except for mathematics, are not my strong point. Possibly because I don't like them. Or vice versa..... I know very little about my ancestry. I can go back about as far as my grandparents on both sides and no further. I suspect if I did enough research I could write a very interesting story about my family on my mother's side. Mum's never met her birth parents. She missed her mother by six months, I think it was. Stupid adoption code. And ask no more questions and I'll tell you no lies. ~ Elentari II

No one's ever good at subjects they dislike... but that's an interesting point- did you dislike it before you started doing badly, or did you do badly and then dislike it. Actually, there's an exception to that rule. My friend Jay absolutely hates graphics, and yet he's getting straight A+! I'm happy, because I don't have to do maths next year at all! They took away the requirement to do it in VCE unless it was a prerequisite to any uni courses. And it's not for any I'm interested in. What're the rules about subject selection in New Zealand, or England or Latvia etc.

What does HUMMS mean? I hate math, but my parents say I'm very good at it. The thing is, when I don't understand things, or they're not explained properly, I get very frustrated, and that makes it hard for me to concentrate, which means I get even more things wrong...

HUMS is good vibes and love-energy and all that sort of thing from one person to others. There's no limit to the number of 'M's in it though... god knows why. I hate relgious education at my school this year (I despise my teacher) and yet I get pretty good marks this semester- last semester I got D- !!!

Speaking of ancestry. I'm adopted so I always wanted to know what heritage I had. But when I finally met my biological parents all they could tell me was heinze 57. (rolls her eyes)
I did learn that I was part native American but I'm not for sure if its Cherokee or Blackfoot. (rolls her eyes again).

Hello Wren. Poor you . Ancestry means a lot to me... I dont know why it's so important. Possibly because I was too young when my dad died to have asked any of the important questions, and now I have to find out myself. I hope you can find out someday!

I don't know much of my ancestory, but I don't really care... One way or another, I was related to the first ever man and woman! ;D
