Just curious as to how you guys react to each other's avatars. I, for one, keep picturing Inkling Elf as Arwen, though my brain tells me that she probably doesn't look like that, and I picture Arestelwen as her elf-avatar. Somehow all of your avatars make me think that's what you look like, even if that's totally ridiculous. I would probably have continued irrationally imagining Lossen looking something like O.B. if she hadn't posted her picture.
Yes, I'm insane, I'm just wondering whether other people are also insane around here...

I do exactly the same! Even though i know what huntress looks like, actually she kinda looks like her avitar. I do think of people as them.
Elentari II, i think of you as the lady in the boat, is that lady Elaine? after she has been spurned by lancelot? i have seen the picture it is in the national gallery but i have forgotten, and i think ao everyone else as their avitars, and i have to really try not to with lossie's one!!
Its actually kinda worrying as i only chose mine because it is sort of purple!

Yep, that's her. I look nothing like her, actually. I think my photo might be on the web somewhere, I haven't actually checked www.globalvigil.com yet, but I will. Perhaps I'll be in one of the photos there.
And, Purple Elf - I think of you as your avatar, too! It devastated me when Maikafanawen changed her avatar, instead of keeping her Eowyn one. That's one I really had a lot of trouble with. I dare say if I ever see Miranda Otto - "Fanawen!" I'll shout.
