In other words, the person in the picture may not be you. And you just put the piccity-picture there to fool everyone into thinking that the person in the picutre is you. that better?

Yes it is blue. It says it is in the books. I think it says that in the first chapter of FOTR when Gandalf comes riding into Hobbiton in his cart.
