I don't know. mabye everyone is just waiting for something. Barrow Wight would always just check the dates and post at any place that was currently talking. He vanished when the site moved. mabye everyone is still hanging around the old TME II site, the tally at the bottom of the main page siad that the most people active at this site at once was 12 in June 2005.

I'm mainly just posting more of my poems and hanging around the Tolkienite showdown board.

Well, the site gradually died after the last movie came out. Even the Barrows Downs is struggling a lot compared to how many memebers used to be active. But at least Imladris hasn't died completely yet. I tried adding it to the War of the Ring site list, but it doesn't seem to have helped much yet. It may still do though.

I hope so. It'll be nice to actually be able to play all those trivia/quote games with more than three people again.

That's not true, there plenty of recent posts on this thread. ::)
There just isn't enough people to keep any one area going very long.

It would be nice for there to be more people here again.

I have written a poem on my thread in the Hall of Fire that states it better than I can now.

Ahhh .. All who know me a tad bit more than little know that I am not gone nor am I leaving any time soon . I'm just a tad bit more than lazy . Though I must admit - lately I've had almost no time at all for forums and myself so I'm terribly sorry for not being in th hights of my moderator duties at the Vaults and the duties of a good member for the forum . I just can't help it :-/

I got one of my friends to join but i don't think she actually participates. I've begged countless friends but they just laugh. The Tolkienites must unite!!! lol that was cheesy.

I think its because the LotR crash has completely died down. Anyone been on the BarrowDowns lately? I haven't, so I don't know if its still quiet over there or not.
